Commercial Litigation Associate (Junior-Mid Level)
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in corporate and insurance regulatory law, including M&A, company formation and licensing, administrative, compliance and state agency matters. Texas bar admission is required. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
International Trade Associate (Junior-Mid-Level)
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of international trade experience, with an emphasis on compliance with U.S. export controls (EAR and ITAR), trade and economic sanctions (OFAC), and anti-boycott controls. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
